My Story

Rowan's breakthrough as an athlete came in 2023 when he clinched his IFBB Pro Card in Classic Physique at the prestigious NPC North American Championships. Prior to this milestone, he had already secured victories in local shows and achieved top placings in National competitions. The same year, Rowan excelled as a coach, guiding several first-time competitors into the sport. Notable accomplishments include securing a Classic Physique Overall win for Jordan Bronson and helping all 7 athletes under HumbleFit place in the top 3 of their classes at the Flex Lewis Classic.

As a trainer and coach, Rowan's strength lies in his ability to connect with athletes mentally, translating their determination into efficient, biomechanically sound movements. His coaching approach emphasizes high-intensity workouts, ensuring optimal results for his clients both physically and mentally.

With over 6 years of personal training experience among athletes of various levels, Rowan offers fully hands-on 1on1 coaching and excels in speaking and demonstrating in group settings. He is best suited for clients seeking sustainable changes, both in their bodies and minds alike.
