I have a strong passion for living an active lifestyle and thrive at helping others reach their personal fitness goals. As a new mother, I understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy weight during pregnancy as well as the negative body image and stress that follows. Having the firsthand experience helped me to appreciate the difficulties with weight gain and provided me with the skill set to get the most out of all my clients.
I studied at Eastern College for Health Wellness and Recreation Certification and I currently am certified with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). As both a competitor and coach, I have lead other women along with myself in bikini/fitness competitions with great results and top placing’s.
