OUR CLASSES

SCULPT

Alternating every 15 or 30 minutes for the one-hour workout you’ll first be put through a series of aerobic and anaerobic drills on the bikes – all intended to get your heart rate up and start the calories burning.

In the 2nd 15 or 30-min session, you’ll work your muscles with endurance-based strength training and also work your cardiovascular system with short cardio bursts – a great way to keep your heart rate elevated and amp up the fat-burning.

Then it’s back on the bikes for the 3rd session, with even more aerobic and anaerobic drills. Finally, the 4th and final session is some more strength-based training.
