Whether you are an athlete, weekend warrior, or desk jockey, dysfunctional movement patterns and underlying restrictions in mobility can be a serious impediment to your favorite activities and overall health.
The more active you are, the more of an impediment these restrictions can become. Our Mobility class offers members instructor-led, dedicated time, to improve and maintain joint, muscle and connective tissue health.
Various techniques will be taught and practiced to increase flexibility, enhance range of motion, alleviate chronic muscle tension, and minimize pain. You will use a systematic approach by incorporating several mobilization methods.
The approaches highlighted in our Mobility class will provide a framework for resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing athletic performance.
